- Orders received that are incorrect should be advised within 2 days of delivery.
- All products carry a twelve month warranty. Faulty products can be returned directly to us and we will send out a replacement, where no replacement is available, a full refund will be issued.

- If you have incorrectly ordered the wrong item, provided that the item is still in its orginal packaging, this should be returned to the address above. Please note that processing the replacement order will carry an additional handling charge. If you are not planning to order a replacement item, then we will issue a refund to you minus a 10% re-stocking fee.
