Dogs Trust - founded in 1891, Dogs Trust, formerly known as the NCDL, has always campaigned on dog-welfare related issues to ensure a safe and happy future for our four-legged friends.

Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty To Animals - the RSPCA is a registered charity (no. 219099) that receives no lottery or state aid. Its £82 million annual running costs are funded exclusively by voluntary donations and legacies.

Battersea Dogs Home - Battersea Dogs Home is the largest and most famous dogs' home in the UK. Our aims are to Rescue, Reunite, Rehabilitate and Rehome the lost and abandoned dogs and cats that come into our care.

Wood Green Animal Shelters - Wood Green Animal Shelters is a registered charity that has been rescuing and re-homing animals since 1924. The charity takes in over 6,000 animals a year and has set national standards in animal care.

PDSA - the UK's leading veterinary charity, caring for the pets of people in need. They provide free veterinary treatment to more than 4,650 sick and injured animals every working day and promote responsible pet ownership.

The Pet Care Trust - a national charity that promotes the benefits of responsible pet ownership and pet care education and training.

Animal Samaritans - currently operates in south-east London and north-west Kent, providing re-homing of unwanted and ill-treated animals in these regions.

Cat Action Trust 1977 - CAT 1977's policy is to help feral cats by limiting their numbers through neutering and returning to site, and by finding homes for kittens and tame stray cats. The charity is totally against killing for expediency.

Border Terrier Welfare - This UK organisations sole purpose is to find new homes for Border Terriers that, for many reasons, need to be re-housed.
